To provide you with appropriate care it is important we have the correct diagnosis.
Once we have confirmed your diagnosis, it is time for us to individualize your treatment plan.
We only test when it's appropriate to test. When referred to A2Z Sleep, you will get the opportunity to connect with a member of our team who will determine appropriate diagnostic steps. This might include a home sleep apnea test (HSAT) or sitting down with one of our sleep trained specialists.

A home sleep apnea test establishes the diagnosis of sleep apnea. It is a convenient test which is performed from the comfort of your home.
After conducting the HSAT your test will be interpreted by our local sleep specialist and an individualized plan will be developed.
After the diagnostic stage, it is time to develop your individualized plan to create the most appropriate treatment for you.

OSA - which stands for Obstructive Sleep Apnea, is the intermittent pauses in breathing caused by upper airway collapse during sleep.
However, did you know, that sleepiness is more than just obstructive sleep apnea.
A2Z Sleep & Oxygen prides itself on finding the right treatment for any concerns you might have.
We offer a welcoming and professional environment collaborating with you to find the solution which best fits your lifestyle, helping you sleep better and improving your quality of life

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder that makes it hard to fall asleep, stay asleep, or get back to sleep after waking up too early. Even when you have the time and a comfortable place to sleep, your body and mind just won’t settle.
Over time, insomnia can leave you feeling tired during the day and affect your mood, energy levels, focus, and overall well-being.
CBT‑I is the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for chronic insomnia. It helps people build better sleep habits and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviours around sleep—without relying on medication.
Whether you're struggling to fall asleep, stay asleep, or simply want to feel more rested—CBT‑I may help.
